Esteem Residential Living was founded by Paul Ndahigwa, who is driven by a deep passion for helping older adults live with dignity, purpose, and meaningful connection during their golden years. Paul is a devoted father of five, a pastor, and a former pilot whose life experiences have shaped his strong commitment to serving others.

Fluent in four languages, Paul spent many years working in medical facilities across the United States, where he witnessed firsthand how easily seniors could be overlooked, fall through the cracks, or be treated with indifference. Those experiences inspired him to challenge the status quo and create a better alternative.

Through Esteem Residential Living, Paul set out to build a warm, family-style home environment where residents are treated with genuine respect, compassion, and personal attention. His mission is to ensure that every resident is valued, heard, and cared for in a way that honors their life, their story, and their dignity.
